Books You Can Wear? Disney and Star Wars Get the Miniature Treatment With New Bookcessories Collection

Who said books have to stay on the bookshelf?

Publisher Insight Editions has introduced Bookcessories, a collection of miniature Disney and Star Wars books housed inside collectible character-shaped cases that can be clipped onto handbags, backpacks, keys, and more.

And yes, they're actual miniature books.

 

Tiny Books, Big Personality

Launched September 22, 2026, the debut collection features nine titles inspired by some of Disney and Star Wars' most recognizable characters.

Each miniature book measures just 1.34 by 1.73 inches but contains 192 pages of artwork, imagery, quotes, and other content inspired by its respective film or franchise.

The books come tucked inside durable PVC cases shaped like popular characters, transforming a traditional reading collectible into something fans can carry and display.

The collection includes six Disney titles:

Lilo & Stitch: A colorful miniature book housed in a Stitch-shaped case.

Moana: A celebration of the animated adventure featuring a Kakamora-shaped case.

Winnie the Pooh: A nostalgic collectible featuring the beloved bear.

Beauty and the Beast: A miniature book paired with a Mrs. Potts-shaped case.

Cinderella: A fairy-tale collectible inspired by Cinderella's pumpkin coach.

The Little Mermaid: An underwater-inspired edition featuring Flounder.

For Star Wars fans, the collection introduces three additional titles: Tiny Book of Grogu, Tiny Book of Jedi, and Tiny Book of Sith, featuring collectible cases inspired by Grogu's floating pram, R2-D2, and Darth Vader.

The Disney titles were written by children's author Brooke Vitale, while the Star Wars collection was written by S.T. Bende.
